Dear Prospective 2016 Ford Arts, Beats & Eats Volunteers,
The 2016 Ford Arts, Beats & Eats, presented by Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort, will again present a memorable festival with something for everyone and numerous community benefits.
Located once again in beautiful downtown Royal Oak, we plan to create another year of spectacular food, music and art, showcasing the very best of Oakland County! Thank you for sharing your valuable time, energy, and enthusiasm by spending part of your Labor Day Weekend with us. It is the passion and dedication of volunteers like you that make this event a success year after year!

Please note that the only positions available this year are for Artist Booth Sitters and Sponsorship Assistants.
Artist Booth Sitters Descriptions: Volunteers will walk through the Artist area and will watch over artist booths when the exhibitors need a break. The position is quite mobile and you will be on your feet a portion of the time. If you enjoy interacting with people and are able to get around easily, then you will love doing this!
Sponsorship Assistants: Volunteers will be assisting at a Sponsorship Booth. Positions are available for both sitting and standing. This is a fun way to interact with the crowd and hand out prizes for games!
NEW POSITION AVAILABLE! - VOLUNTEERS FOR MOVE TO THE BEATS 5K/10K: Ford Arts, Beats & Eats is in need of your help on Saturday morning 9/3/16 from 7:00am-9:30am. Run volunteers will be helping out on the race route, monitoring road barricades to ensure no vehicles pull through. This job does require you to stand, so please keep that in mind if you are able to volunteer.
Please review the dates and times below and let us know when you can volunteer. We would be grateful if you were able to do at least two shifts, but are thankful for what you can give. Each volunteer will receive a Ford Arts, Beats & Eats T-Shirt as well as a parking pass.
