RESIDENT WRISTBANDS:

Four Resident Wristbands will be available to each unit, and can be obtained from the Management Office.

These wristbands are necessary for residents to cross the festival site, and to utilize the pedestrian entry gates.

Without a wristband, the entry gate personnel will require full festival admission to re-enter the site, or you will need to walk around the site to enter through the rear building entry off the Lafayette alley.

If there are more than two residents registered in your unit, please contact Building Management to request additional passes.

DELIVERIES:

During festival hours, we ask that you direct all deliveries to enter from the building’s rear access door.

The Festival cannot guarantee entry by deliveries attempted though any of the Festival’s entrance points, as full admission will be required.

VEHICLE ACCESS:

Parking Structure Closure: Effective at 6pm, Wednesday, August 28, vehicular access to the 5th parking structure will be closed. Please note that this is a hard close – meaning there can be absolutely no vehicles leaving the structure after the streets are closed at 6pm. If you require use of your vehicle during the period of the event’s street closures, it must be removed from the structure by 6pm on the 28th.

Valet Parking: To offset the inconvenience of the parking structure closure, the Festival will provide alternative parking, with free valet service, during the entire period of closures. The valet will operate 24 hours/day, from the alley directly behind the building. Your vehicle will be parked in a nearby lot on Lafayette – which will have around the clock security personnel posted.

Self Park Option: Based on previous requests by residents, we will formally be offering a self-park option – to provide secured parking without the need to use the valet service. Self-parking will require pre-registration, and will be limited to those vehicles already registered for use of the 5th parking structure. The registration instructions are provided below.

SELF-PARK OPTION:

Vehicle owners preferring to self-park their vehicles, may do so by pre-registering with the Festival, under the following terms:

Vehicles must be registered for current use of the 5th Condo Parking structure.

Registration must be submitted prior to midnight, August 21st, in order to provide adequate time for production and delivery of the vehicle passes.

Once registered for self-park, the valet option will no longer be available for the 2024 event.

You will be issued a parking pass, which must be hung from your mirror, and visible from outside the vehicle, at all times.

Parking locations will be either the ROFUM or St Mary’s Church North parking lots, as directed by the security staff on duty.

Vehicles must be locked, and valuables removed – as the Festival will not be responsible for any losses.

Vehicles must be removed from those lots no later than 12 Noon, Tuesday, September 3rd.
