Kroger chef showcase

New this year, the Kroger Chef Showcase will bring an exciting culinary experience to this year’s festival with live cooking demonstrations on the Flagstar International Stage. Some of metro Detroit’s top chefs, including several from Royal Oak, will prepare specially curated menu items using fresh ingredients from Kroger while engaging festivalgoers with live, interactive demonstrations. Mic’d up throughout the performance, chefs will showcase their food preparation techniques, share culinary tips and provide insight into the ingredients used to create each dish. Following each demonstration, attendees will have the opportunity to sample the featured creations, discover new flavors and learn more about the participating restaurants.
