Veteran’s Campaign Returns to Honor Service and Strengthen Community Connections
Oakland County and Arts, Beats & Eats are continuing their mission to support local veterans through food assistance, transportation services and other essential resources.
The campaign's signature event is a VIP concert experience on Sunday, Sept. 6, when 300 veterans will receive complimentary admission, reserved seating for Rumours, the acclaimed Fleetwood Mac tribute band, food and beverage vouchers, dedicated parking and shuttle service.
Veterans will also be recognized during a special main stage ceremony honoring their service, featuring remarks from county leaders and a veteran representative.
Throughout the festival, Oakland County will host a veteran outreach booth showcasing support services, community resources and fundraising opportunities. Giveaways, informational materials and on-site staff will engage festivalgoers while raising awareness of the challenges and needs facing veterans across the county.
The initiative is made possible through a partnership among Oakland County, Arts, Beats & Eats and numerous community organizations, all working together to ensure local veterans feel valued, connected and supported.
